The mission of “Fearless Future” is to empower teenage girls through self-defense education that builds confidence, enhances situational awareness, and equips them with the tools to protect themselves and others. Founded by 16-year-old Krav Maga red belt Lila Mosse, the initiative provides a holistic approach to safety by combining physical techniques, verbal self-defense skills, and intellectual strategies to de-escalate potential threats. Through this program, “Fearless Future” aims to inspire strength, resilience, and preparedness in every participant.

Lila, a dedicated sophomore at Ransom Everglades High School in Miami, embodies both intelligence and resilience. As an academic high achiever, accomplished debater, and rower, she understands the value of strength—both mental and physical. With three years of volunteer experience in self-defense workshops, Lila is passionate about empowering others to navigate an unpredictable world. Now, she’s ready to elevate her mission, bringing her knowledge and skills to a broader audience.

In addition to teaching physical techniques, Lila’s project strongly emphasizes equipping women, especially those in vulnerable situations, with verbal self-defense tools and intellectual strategies to de-escalate potential threats. This approach recognizes that the ability to protect oneself is as much about mental and verbal preparation as it is about physical skill.
