Edu Foundation
The Edu Foundation is a non-profit organization that strives to foster a culture of swim safety at a young age by providing free swimming lessons to underprivileged children. The Edu Foundation commemorates “Edu”, a beautiful boy who was lost to accidental drowning at just 15-months of age. Edu’s family created and endowed this foundation to ensure other families do not suffer a similar loss.
The Edu Foundation perpetuates Edu’s legacy by teaching kids how to enjoy the water responsibly and safely. Our mission is to provide free swimming instruction to underprivileged children in order to reduce the incidence of injury or death due to accidental drowning.
Our vision is to eradicate the scourge of accidental drowning by providing free swimming lessons to all children that need them.
