    Key Biscayne, FL (October 16, 2023) – The Key Biscayne Film Festival announced today that the first annual Key Biscayne Film Festival will be held February 2 – 3, 2024. Fiscally sponsored by the Key Biscayne Community Foundation, the Key Biscayne Film Festival is spearheaded by co-founders (and Key locals) Isabel Cluster and Maite Thornton.
