REGISTRATION PROCESS Only Key Biscayne residents may register for KBCC Youth & Teen Programs. KBCC Members receive a 20% discount on program fees. On Tuesday October 15th at 9am, Key Biscayne Presbyterian School children will be enjoying a concert by Recycled Orchestra of Cateura — an incredible orchestral event with a Paraguayan muscial group playing instruments recycled from garbage. Donations can be made HERE.
