Michael’s Magic Camp will be from July 9th – Aug. 3rd, 2018! Established in the spring of 2003, the Michael Scholz Memorial Charitable Fund honors former Key Biscayne resident Michael Scholz, his passion for the outdoors, and his magical way of touching the lives of the people he brought together.

Join us on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 for an intro to Waterkeepers: the Environmental Challenges and Opportunities in South Florida. This workshop will be held in the Key Biscayne Community Center’s Lighthouse Room, and the workshop is free and open to the public.

Join us at 7:10pm on June 19, 2018 for the Key Biscayne Fourth of July Parade meeting to discuss event planning and volunteer recruitment for the upcoming Fourth of July Parade.

The 21st Annual Jorge Portela Memorial Give-or-Take An Inch, Half-Ass Fishing & Diving Tournament is on June 18, 2018. Registration for this event closes on June 8, 2018. Our tournament originated in 1994 from a friendly bet amongst Jorge’s friends as to who could catch more fish: the anglers or the divers?
