Key Biscayne Film Festival
The Key Biscayne Film Festival celebrates all forms of audiovisual content without any limitations. From the short-short to a short film, and from episodic content to feature-length films, the Key Biscayne Film Festival welcomes the constantly evolving formats of the audiovisual art form.
While many festivals have been stifled by corporate interests, the Key Biscayne Film Festival showcases original audiovisual art, thereby giving artists a space to show work and engage with an audience.
Given its unique location and topography – an island village bordered by two government protected parks – the Key Biscayne Film Festival aims to raise awareness of our fragile ecosystem through the arts, by showcasing work that elaborates on our global situation, as well as inviting festival goers to experience a plastic-free and waste-conscious multiple day festival event.
At a crossroads between North America, South America and the Caribbean, the Festival will honor all the cultures that are present in this community, without being limited to this hemisphere or continent. Including Spanish and Portuguese language films that reflect the Key’s population, the Festival will also host artists and creatives from these cultures in panel discussions of their work.
Join the Festival and support the arts via these various sponsorship opportunities.
