Longstanding island tradition, the Eileen McCaughan Memorial Scholarship Pasta Dinner, is moving to a new venue

For 35 years, the annual Eileen McCaughan Memorial Scholarship Fund Pasta Dinner has been one of the community’s most popular and heartwarming events.

The event has always enjoyed a strong turnout and generous donations in honor of Eileen’s memory. What is unique about this event is that while many of the same neighbors have been supporting it for years, new neighbors and friends attend every year, thus enhancing the success of this community staple, which honors Eileen’s memory and helps students follow their dreams.
