Baptist Health South Florida is offering virtual exercise, meditation, and educational seminars via Zoom. Zoom is an effective internet platform which makes it possible to conduct webinars from any location, allowing up to 500 viewers globally to watch from their preferred electronic device from the comfort of their home.
We are also working in partnership with Mind Body Social for our exercise and meditation classes, please visit their Instagram page to stay updated and connected: @mind_body_social
